I’m a wife, a mum to a busy young boy, a huge animal lover and, somewhat randomly, I also have a degree in Forensic Science. Most importantly though, I’m a Norfolk-based wedding and equine photographer, and I truly love what I do.
My natural, relaxed style of photography allows raw emotion and genuine moments to unfold effortlessly. Whether it’s a wedding day or time spent with your horse, I focus on capturing the real connection, the in-between glances and the moments you didn’t even realise were happening. Weddings in particular hold such a special place in my heart. There’s something incredibly meaningful about documenting the intimate, joy-filled moments between two people in love. The laughter, the tears, the quiet hand squeezes, all the details that make your day uniquely yours.
I’m not a big fan of stiff posing. It feels awkward and rarely reflects the true atmosphere of the day. Let’s be honest, nobody wants to stand smiling uncomfortably for hours. Instead, I take relaxed, candid, documentary-style photographs that help you feel completely at ease. Before long, you’ll forget I’m even there.
One of the greatest privileges of my job is not only creating images that people display and treasure forever, but also meeting so many wonderful people and often their pets too. Many of my clients become friends, which is something I never take for granted.
I feel incredibly grateful that people trust me with their most special moments. Being able to give you photographs that, years from now, bring you straight back to a fleeting season of your life is something I will always feel honoured to do.
